Located in the heart of Cannes and just a few steps from the sea, Apartment Le 46 is situated on Rue Georges Clemenceau. This T2 accommodation for up to four people combines an exceptionally central location with the special charm of historic Cannes.
From here, the city can be wonderfully explored on foot. The beaches of Plage du Midi, the Vieux-Port and the historic district Le Suquet are practically on your doorstep. The Palais des Festivals and the Croisette are also easily accessible on foot.
The apartment offers a separate bedroom as well as a living area with an additional sleeping option, making it suitable for couples, friends or a small family. The kitchen and living area allow for an independent stay in the heart of the city.
Old Cannes on your doorstep
Directly above the Vieux-Port begins Le Suquet, the historic origin of Cannes. Small alleyways, old buildings and numerous restaurants characterise the district. At the foot of Suquet lies the Marché Forville, whilst on the other side the old harbour and modern Cannes open up.
Just a few minutes further on begins the famous Croisette with its hotels, boutiques and beaches. The boulevard stretches around three kilometres along Cannes Bay.
This makes Le 46 particularly interesting for guests who want to experience Cannes without a car: in the morning to the market, then to the beach and in the evening on foot to one of the restaurants in Suquet.
