The clear architecture, the spacious living areas and the outdoor space around the pool create plenty of room for relaxed holiday days. The separate studio is particularly practical: it offers additional privacy and is suitable, for example, for visiting friends, grandparents or older children.
Plenty of space for shared holidays
The villa accommodates up to eight people and features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds, and another with two single beds.
The living area and kitchen form the heart of the house and provide ample space for shared meals and long evenings. At the same time, the various areas of the house and the separate studio allow you to retreat when needed.
Pool, Fréjus and Côte d'Azur
The private pool makes Maison Romia a particularly lovely retreat during the summer months. At the same time, the villa is located in Fréjus and is conveniently positioned for beach days, restaurants and excursions along the Côte d'Azur.
Port Fréjus, the beaches of Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël, and the historic old town are easily accessible. Saint-Aygulf, the Esterel and the coves of the Corniche d'Or are also ideal for excursions.
